Manan Desai
The brain behind the Comedy Factory. He gave up his career of 7 yrs as a Radio Jockey in some of the leading private radio stations of Gujarat. All for the passion of bringing live comedy entertainment in Gujarat. His aim is to ensure that The Comedy Factory does anything and everything related to comedy- be it stand up comedy, improv comedy, youtube, radio shows, musicals, plays. Basically anything.. He has just started vlogging and his first vlog got over 70k hits in 2 weeks on Youtube (As on 6th December)
Preeti Das
Born to a Tamilian mom and a Bengali father- Preeti Das is the only lady stand up comedian from Gujarat. The fiery lady makes sure that her scripts are loaded with stuff that will tantalize your grey cells. An ex- television journalist, Preeti is a motor mouth who churns out punchy scripts which are a concoction of politics, sex, ethnicity, food and things that effect her life.
Soham Dave
He is a game designer. He designs games for a living and does stand up comedy to fan his passion and enthusiasm for the stage.Soham is a Gujju Delhiite with a Mumbaikar's attitude. His jokes are a creative blend of his own experiences and what he thinks is stupid. He performs often in English but garnishes some jokes with the Delhi touch for the raw punch. His Gujarati is killer!
Aariz Sayied
The youngest member of The Comedy Factory, Aariz loves pussy cats and guitars. He is the lead guitarist and vocalist of a popular Rock Bank, "Outro" which is based in Vadodara. High on energy and creatives ideas this lad is one of the newest members in the team. He plays a very important role in musical comedy shows and also handles the You Tube videos.
Chirayu Mistry
A talent found by The Comedy Factory Open Mic nights. A gujju dead pan performer from Vadodara is a new gem in the Comedy world.
So tighten your seat belts and join us for the Comedy Show at Weekend Window from 4-11 pm on 19,20,21 December besides T3 Cafe, behind Karnavati Club, Ahmedabad.
